Responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team (Optometrists and Optical Dispensers/Assistants), improving their capability to deliver excellent customer service and the financial targets of the store. Focussed on exceeding store profit and sales targets a key part of the role will be developing the team to ensure our customers receive a World class service. This is an operational role with accountability for achieving, sales and profit targets, productivity and performance targets through effective planning and managing of resources to deliver key business objectives. Follows applicable compliance, regulatory and legislative policies. Acts as a role model for leadership and contributes to building a high performance culture at Bupa.
